Exciting New After School Club!

We are delighted to announce that a new after school club will be available for pupils from Reception to Year 6 starting Monday, 2nd December 2024. 

Provision Details: 

• Location: Severnbanks Primary School, Naas Lane, Lydney, Gloucestershire, GL15 5AU

• Times: 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm 

• Transport: A minibus will transport Aylburton pupils to Severnbanks at the end of the school day. Parents/carers are required to collect their child(ren) from Severnbanks at the end of their booked session. 

Sessions:

• Session 1: 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm (£4.50) 

• Session 2: 3:15 pm – 5:15 pm (£9.00) 

• Session 3: 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm (£12.38) 

Children will receive a light snack and drinks during their session. 

Registration & Booking

1. Complete and submit a registration form  Click here

2. Once the registration form has been received, your child will be added to the booking system, and you will receive a notification once this is available. 

3. You will also receive a ParentPay activation letter. Please follow the instructions in the letter to add your child to Severnbanks ParentPay. 

4. Book and pay for sessions in advance via ParentPay.

Important Notes: 

• Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance by 10:00 am on the day of the session. 

• Sessions can be cancelled up to 10:00am on the day of the session and a credit will be applied to your account. 

• Payments via Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare are accepted, please contact Jo Young for more information office@sfat.uk

Collection and Parking: 

Children should be collected from Severnbanks School, where staff will sign them out at the green gate. Please avoid parking in the staff car park and use nearby spaces around the ACT building.
