Oak Class

Welcome to

Oak Class! 

 

 

Oak class is home to our lovely Year 5 and 6 children. Mrs Riach and Mr Ramli are the teachers for Oak class with Mrs Riach  teaching from Monday to Thursday and Mr Ramli teaching on a Friday. Oak Class is supported by Miss Morris, our KS2 teaching assistant.

Class information

 

P.E:

Athletics will be on  a Monday afternoon in Term 5.

Cricket will be on a Thursday afternoon in Term 5.

 

Please ensure that your child has their P.E kit ready for every P.E. lesson (including footwear).  Pupils will need to remove any earrings and tie their hair back.

 

Library:

We will visit the library every other Tuesday afternoon.

 

Homework:

Spelling and Maths homework will be given out every Thursday. Homework is due by the following Monday. Reading is an essential part of homework and we encourage the children to read at least four times every week at home. Page numbers and comments should be recorded in their reading records.

Term 4. KnexWorksop - we had to design and make a model to lift a box.

Term 3. Artwork - we created collagraph plates using different textures and used them for printing.

Term 3. Scooter workshop -great fun!

Term 3. World book day.
